We provide sports camps in school holidays, fitness specific sessions as well as small group and 1 to 1 specialist coaching.
Come and Play sessions.
Our July come and play camps are for all abilities and ages from years 3 - 10 (in September). Groups will be set by ability and age
It is suitable for all those wanting to engage in fun games, develop skills, and build on teamwork.
Pre-season sessions.
Our August pre-season camps are suitable for all ability school and club players, preparing them for the season ahead. Focusing on:
Sport specific fitness
Positional Play
Individual skills
Team drills
Coached match play
Develop knowledge, rules and tactical knowledge
