I am part of The Youth Fairy team, dedicated to supporting children's mental health and well being.
My solution focused approach focuses on reducing anxiety, building resilience and promoting positive mindsets.
I work with children from 5 years to young adults and I am able to adapt my approach to work with children with
additional needs.

I provide an initial consultation to discuss best hopes and explain how the brain contributes to specific problems.
I am a fully qualified and insured Solution focused Hypnotherapist. I am committed to exceptional care, adhering to ethical code of conduct as set out by the regulatory bodies I am affiliated with (NCH, AfSFH)
I prioritise client confidentiality and hold an enhanced DBS and Safeguarding Certificate.
Before becoming a therapist I worked full time in the early years sector and developed a passion for neuroscience. I trained with CPHT in 2020 and joined forces with The Youth Fairy team in January 2023.

Alongside my private practise I run school programmes and wellbeing groups for children
and workshops for parents. Please look out for collaborations with other local organisations.
I have set up links with local charities, where help and support can be accessed.

I have a weekly blog on my website to help parents gain understanding on a wide range of different areas their child may be experiencing difficulties in. This a valuable resource with links to different areas of expertise. It's an amazing free resource especially if you are waiting for referrals.
