2019 At Zing Wellness we support women in pregnancy, postnatally, through motherhood, peri menopause, menopause and beyond. We offer Pilates classes for every stage of motherhood and massage and wellbeing services. Passionate about women's health we have specialist knowledge of pregnancy and birth preparation, postnatal recovery, hormonal health, pelvic health (pelvic organ prolapse, hypertonic pelvic floor, pelvic floor dysfunction), diastasis recti (abdominal separation) rehabilitation and functional movement. Pregnancy and postnatal classes have specialist online content including classes, exercises, meditation, guest speakers & recipes.
