The Sandbox
The Sandbox is an NHS-funded service to support children and young people (aged 10-25) in Hertfordshire with their mental health and well-being.
In addition to providing NHS-funded support, The Sandbox is a central place for information about common mental health issues, with information on how to access additional support or emergency services.
Who is the Sandbox for?
The Sandbox is for Children and Young People struggling with their mental health. This service is available for anyone registered with a GP in Hertfordshire. We are an online only service so are not suitable for certain more severe mental health issues or for people who are in crisis.
