Come along to our free Parent Walk & Talk in St Albans - a relaxed way to get some fresh air, move your body and connect with other local parents.

We'll meet outside The Nest at 9:15am, grab a coffee from Bean Central next door (or bring your own), then head out for an easy 30-minute loop through The Wick.

Come with or without your little one - babies in buggies or carriers are very welcome. There's no agenda and no need to book; simply turn up for some movement, fresh air, coffee and conversation.
