SAADI Gymnastics has been established for over 40 years. Originally specialising in women's artistic, the club opened up a Recreational Club in 2015 in order to offer gymnastics to everyone in the local area. We now run classes for boys and girls and have squads in both the competitive and recreational classes. We also have recently added drop in, parent/toddler preschool, home schooling classes, One2One and GymFusion to our time table. Our vision is to make gymnastics available to everyone in the local area of Harpenden, St Albans and Redbourn.

During the session, you and your child can play will the extensive soft play, ball pits and bouncy castles. We ask that you supervise and take full responsibility for your child during the full length of your stay. Diamonds pre-school for 3-5 year olds on every day of the week at various times. General gym for all school age children up to 15 yrs. Adult gymnastics & elite gymnastics also available.

Special Olympics St Albans (SOSA) provides sporting opportunities for those aged 8 years and over with a learning disability. They use sport as a vehicle to empower their members to enhance their health and wellbeing, develop as individuals, establish friendships and feel equal and valued The project provides year-round weekly sport sessions for athletes aged 8yrs+, in a wide range of sports including Athletics, Swimming, Equestrian and Boccia. SOSA also work with a number of partners to provide additional satellite sessions, such as Rugby, Judo, Golf, Football and Trampolining. In addition to the sessions, members are also able to compete at local, regional or national competitions or get involved in volunteering and coaching opportunities.

Gymnastics classes for girls and boys aged 5+ within the City of St Albans.

St Albans Trapeze and Aerial Arts offers classes for adults and children in static trapeze, aerial silks, aerial hammock, aerial yoga and more in a friendly and welcoming environment. All our experienced teachers have Enhanced DBS checks and up to date first aid training. Children's classes (9-13yrs), teenage classes (12-16yrs) and sessions for home educated children and teenagers available.
