✨🎄 LIGHT UP LEIGH IS BACK AND THIS YEAR IT'S GOING TO BE BIGGER AND BETTER! 🎄✨

Leigh-on-Sea Town Council are delighted to announce our plans for this year's Light Up Leigh, we're thrilled to share that we will be closing the roads this year from 3pm-8pm, the following roads will be closed to traffic for the evening:

Elm Road from the Sarah Moore to Broadway/Broadway West
Broadway up to Leighton Avenue
Broadway West up to the Junction with Rectory Grove
Rectory Grove from Broadway West to Elm Road
There will be plenty happening throughout the evening, including:

🎅 Children's activities in the Community Centre 4-5pm (Please book via the website)
🎄Santa's Grotto with the Leigh Lions from 4pm (Please visit Leigh Lions Facebook page to book)
🎶 Choirs in the Library Gardens 6pm-7pm
✨ Festive Christmas Market in the Lower Hall 3-8pm
🍷 Complimentary mulled wine and mince pies in the Community Centre from 4pm
🎵 Live music in the Ironworks café
🛍️ Late-night shopping and more from local businesses, churches, bars, & restaurants
