The ultimate experience for all those chocolate lovers out there, which takes place at our new Chocolate workshops in Eastwood, Leigh on sea, Essex.

TIMING: This is a full packed 45 mins - 1hr session, making their own chocolate decorated Christmas themed shape (weighing approx. 300g depending on how many toppings they use, as some don't get to see the chocolate ha-ha, plus 3 chocolate lollies, using Christmas sprinkles. You take the shape home with you as well to reuse.

ARRIVAL: Upon arrival, the class members will pop on hair nets and apron (please note this all ages, so children and adults will be included), and hand sanitising is carried out, ready for action. To start the fun, the kids will get to decorate a large Christmas Themed Shaped slab mould, which contains 150g of chocolate and then they can top with approx. 150g of toppings. Then they move onto making 3 x individual topped lollies. We use Milk Chocolate for our classes, as we find it sets quicker for us.

We cannot cater for Nut Free at this premises unfortunately.

They will then wrap their goodies with the help of staff if needed (children), and finally settle back to watch a short video of where the journey starts for chocolate, from bean to bar, and the process it goes through to land into our fingers to enjoy as a sweet treat. You may start to look at chocolate in a whole new light when you discover the journey it has travelled to be here.

We ask that you allow plenty of time to park and be ready to start promptly at the start time, as we will be running several classes throughout the day. Just to note, it's very hands on, so it can get messy.

Please advise of skin allergies, and the same for food allergies. We do use and make products with nuts on the premises, so must stress this as a warning to anyone who has an extreme nut allergy.

LOCATION: Sarah's Chocolate Kitchen Limited, 83 Rayleigh Road, Eastwood, Leigh on sea, Essex, SS9 5UZ, we are located right next door to The Eastwood Academy, we have limited FREE street parking outside our premises, but it can be quite busy at certain times of the day.

PRICE:: £17.95 per person (please note that adults can book this session as well), with a maximum of 12 at one time - Please note, if you wish to join in with your child, please book the amount of spaces required as the room can only accommodate 12 people sat around the tables at once, no standing room for adults/friends.

We have a nice area at the front to relax, enjoy a drink or maybe some food. We suggest booking head to reserve a table.

AGE:: We suggest from school age, so 4-5 upwards, adults can pay to do the class as well, they are not required to stay, unless they pay for their own space.

The children are left with our team, as the room is not big enough for everyone. We do have cameras up in the room, which records 24hrs. There is a restaurant/seating at the front area for this session, for parents to wait in.
