Walton on the Naze Beach
This beautiful sandy beach is popular with local families and holiday makers. Not only will you find the second longest pier in the world (Southend is the longest!) but you'll find amusements and water sports such as kite surfing and sailing. It is perfect for building sand castles and has a seasonal lifeguard service. It is a short walk into Walton, the nearest town, which has shops and cafes.

"First time visiting this beach last weekend (July 2020)
Paid just over £4 for the car park for the day. Got a childs wrist band for the amusements which was £12. There was around 6/7 rides for a 3 year old to go on, so throughout the day we just kept going back.
The beach is lovely, proper sand!! No stones! When the tide is out you can go under the pier, we found lots of jelly fish. Lots of places to get food/snacks/ice creams. However there is an Aldi nearby if forget any essentials. You can also hire a beach hut for £50 for the day, think it holds up to 6 people (off peak is £35 for the day) We can't wait to return!"
