Private Yoga and Pilates classes for children 4 to 16 years old and their parents and carers. Yoga for kids: Improves concentration and focus; helps calm and clear the mind; reduce stress and anxiety; boost confidence. Yoga makes you feel good inside and out! Pilates improves your strength and posture. British School of Yoga Qualified teacher, fully insured. All classes are currently online and in my garden studio that accommodates up to four people.
