The Southern England School of karate is a family run martial arts school. Classes are open to ages 4 years plus.
4 to 5 years begin their karate journey as a mini ninja. Their classes focus on building confidence and awareness, motor skills and basic self protection skills. Classes include games and fitness activities, to keep them moving.
Students who begin their journey at 6 years and over are taught our beginners syllabus. Students focus on learning the fundamentals of karate and develop their techniques and awareness when in class. Students also take part in games and fitness activities within the classes.
Free Taster session available.
