The Rush Family 4k wave is perfect for families seeking a more adventurous day out together. Covering a longer distance, it features a mix of mud, water, climbing and crawling obstacles that are still family-friendly and suitable for a range of ages and abilities, including the deathslide.

The emphasis is on fun, teamwork and shared achievement rather than competition, allowing parents and children to tackle challenges side by side. All finishers receive a medal, creating a rewarding and memorable experience for the whole family.
