The first muddy step! A single lap of the 1.5km fun course, built just for the youngest adventurers to conquer the mud.
Rush Rookies is the perfect introduction to obstacle racing for children and teenagers, designed for ages 4 - 14. The course is shorter and more manageable than adult races, but still packed with mud, water, climbing and crawling challenges that are fun and safe.

Young participants can tackle obstacles at their own pace, with an emphasis on enjoyment, confidence building and teamwork rather than speed.

Each Rookie finisher receives a medal, giving them a sense of achievement and a memorable first taste of the adventure that Nuclear Races offers.
