Counsellor specialising in working with neurodivergent adults and young people aged 16+. I am a late identified autistic woman, mother to a neurodivergent child and qualified counsellor offering in-person therapy in Stevenage and online across the UK. Counselling can provide a space for you to discuss any issues that are troubling you. I have a particular interest in working with autistic, ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent people, including supporting parents who may be neurodivergent themselves or have neurodivergent children. I offer a free 15 minute introduction either over the phone or by video, so we can get to know each other and you can get a feel for whether I am the right counsellor for you.
