The Signing Rooms offers two bright, versatile rooms in the heart of Hitchin, available to hire by the hour for both one-off and regular bookings.

Our spaces are perfect for children's and baby classes, parties, wellbeing sessions, parent groups, workshops, meetings, tutoring, 1:1 sessions and more. Whether you're an established business, a local group or looking for somewhere to celebrate a special occasion, you can make the space your own.

Room 1 is our larger space, ideal for classes, workshops and groups.

Room 2 offers a smaller, more intimate setting.
Need more room? You can hire both spaces together for a whole venue booking.

Located on Sun Street, you're right in Hitchin town centre, surrounded by shops, cafés and local amenities, making it convenient for you and your customers.

Both rooms benefit from accessible lift access, with a shared kitchen, accessible toilet and baby changing facilities. Tables and chairs are available, along with other useful equipment to help you get set up.

Regular bookings start from just £15 per hour, with ad-hoc hire available from £20 per hour.

Advertising Feature by Children's Creative Chefs

Calling all preschool chefs - Come and join me for some cooking fun! 

Creative Chefs is designed to encourage children to cook in a fun, engaging and relaxed atmosphere.

During the sessions the chefs create a main meal to take home. We talk about the ingredients, we practise our counting, we mix and chop! We ALWAYS have lots of ingredients to taste .

At the end of the session your little chef will be given a bag with their creation and a recipe card. Parents sit back, watch and enjoy not having to clear away the mess!

We have 2 sessions for you to choose from :

• Monthly Preschooler sessions in Baldock , Royston and Hitchin.
  1 hour sessions where chefs create for 30 mins, then grown -ups, it’s your turn. To sit back chat, relax and have a cuppa on us! These sessions are £3.00 per chef .
• Monthly Mini Chefs Mighty Movers Sessions.
  During the sessions the chefs create for 30 mins and then have 2 hours soft play fun. Sessions are held at Play Wild North Herts Leisure Centre in Letchworth and Little Rascals in Hitchin. These sessions cost £8.00 with discounts for the under 1's who want to join in the soft play.

We would like to make families aware of Autism Central, a free national programme commissioned by NHS England and delivered by Anna Freud. It provides education, coaching and support for families and support networks of autistic people of all ages.

Speak with a trained peer guide who has lived or family experience of autism. Sessions are confidential, personalised and focused on practical guidance, problem-solving and signposting to relevant support and services. This can be particularly helpful for families navigating attendance difficulties, emotional wellbeing concerns, challenging situations at home or uncertainty about next steps.

2. Blogs and Practical Articles 
Read articles written by autistic people, parents, carers and professionals covering topics such as school experiences, belonging, family life, puberty, wellbeing and advocacy. These resources provide practical insights and real-life perspectives.
