Sunday Garden Club aims to bring people of all ages together to have fun creating, maintaining and developing areas and features within the Triangle Garden and its Forest Garden. You'll be doing meaningful activities in nature, working with others, learning new skills and hopefully making new friends. Book your free place now!

Hitchin Neighbourhood Policing Team will be holding a Community Engagement Session as detailed below.

We will be holding an Emergency Services Day in Hitchin Market Place. You may remember that we held this event last year, so we are back again! There will be emergency vehicles parked on the square for everyone to come down and have look inside, as well as different stalls from all the agencies who are joining us. There will be police, fire, ambulance, and charities such as Age UK and Hertfordshire Mind Network who will all have their own stalls for you to engage with. There will also hopefully be some ex-service classic vehicles as well as normal classic vehicles that should be joining us on the day.

A total of six people can bottle feed the lambs per session (each has a separate lamb). Join us at Wardown House Museum and Gallery for the launch of the Reconnect community-led South Asian Headwear exhibition, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

This beginners' willow workshop will teach you two weaving techniques and a style of binding for making useful structures for your garden. You will make a 5ft wigwam style support ideal for creating height in pots or garden borders. These supports work brilliantly with plants such as climbing nasturtium, sweet peas, and clematis.

All materials are provided.

n.b. For those with limited hand-strength, this workshop could be challenging.

Triangle Garden Family Forest School is for families with children aged 3-12 to get outdoors, have fun, learn new skills, and make new friends.

Playing outdoors the Forest School way builds confidence, allows risk taking and encourages team building skills.

All sessions are lead by a qualified Forest School leader in collaboration with Culturewood CiC

Please come to this event on foot or cycle or using public transport. Parking is very restricted and we want to actively encourage participants to travel sustainably. Thank you
