Another chance to hear and see local nature enthusiast Phil Barron's illustrated nature discovery talk on the natural world in and around Hitchin, in collaboration with Hitchin Nature Network (first held here in March 2025).

If you've always wondered where to look out for bats, owls, butterflies, moths, newts or slow worms, or to hear a woodpecker or a goldcrest, this is the place to find out!

Phil will take us on a virtual tour of wildlife and sites of interest within the Hitchin orbital path for about 45 minutes, with a chance for questions at the end. Ticket price includes a glass of sparkling Triangle Garden apple juice, tea or coffee, and light refreshments.
