If learning to bake sourdough has been on your “one day” list, an afternoon in November gives you time to practise before the festivities begin.
Join me for a relaxed, hands-on sourdough workshop. We'll work through the process together, from starter care to shaping and scoring, so you understand what your dough needs and feel ready to carry on at home.
There'll be fresh bread to taste, tea, coffee and cake, and plenty of time for questions.
