Seed saving, taking cuttings and layering - all you need to know to propagate your own plants!

We will spend some time looking at when to harvest seeds from plants and how to store them. After that we will spend the rest of the session practicing taking different types of cuttings, learning how and when to divide plants and having a go at some simple layering techniques.

Triangle Garden horticultural lead Steve Granger will take you through these essential techniques with a mixture of listening, engaging and doing, in a small group with lots of opportunities to ask questions and interact.

Suitable for 16s and over, all under 18s to be accompanied by an adult.
