While you unwind upstairs in our studio, your little ones will be downstairs creating something beautiful - guided by dads and partners, busy with glue sticks, wooden hearts and proud little hands.

Upstairs (2:45-3:45pm):
You'll begin with a deeply nourishing 30-minute Yin Yoga practice - long-held, supported shapes designed to soften tension and calm your system.

Then we melt into a 30-minute Mother's Day themed Yoga Nidra - a guided meditation for rest, gratitude and self-love.

Downstairs:
Children will create a handmade Mother's Day bundle including:

💌 A decorated gift bag
🔑 A custom keyring
📸 A personalised photo frame with fresh Polaroid
🛁 Botanical bath salts to take home
