NEW for 2024 - Junior Bird & Animal Workshops January 27th, February 3rd, 10th & 17th 10.00 - 12.00
Looking to get the children out this new year, why not join us on our bird and animal workshops. Running on Saturday mornings 10.00 - 12.00 children will have the opportunity to get out and about with our birds and animals.

January 27th - Owls: Children will have the opportunity to meet, handle and fly different species of owls. These will include the Barn Owl, Tawny Owl. Scops Owl, Eagle Owl and more. Children can learn about the owls as well as having fun.

February 3rd - Farm Animals: Its time to get out on to the farm, children will have the opportunity to meet and feed some of our farm animals including our goats, pigs, alpacas, donkeys and more. We will also be giving the children the opportunity to go on a walk with our goats.

February 10th - Birds of Prey: Children will have the opportunity to meet, handle and fly some of our birds of prey including different species of owls, hawk and falcons.

February 17th - Fur & Scale: Children will have the opportunity to meet our skunk, pat a pet with the rabbits and guinea pigs, meet some of our reptiles and creepy crawlies.

The sessions run from 10.00 - 12.00, parents are welcome to sit in the tea room and wait until the session has finished, drop off and collect at 12.00 or pay the general admission and meet up with the children once the session has finished.

These workshops are not suitable for children under the age of 6 years.
