Just sharing a quiet invitation - I'm hosting a gentle, no-pressure football meet-up for men at Osinskys in Hitchin on Saturday 9 November. It's called Jumpers for Goalposts.
We'll watch the Premier League matches, and offer a calm space for men's mental health support. No need to chat - just turn up, enjoy the match, and be among others.
