A special festive season weekend opening. Join us to find out about how we celebrated in the past and enjoy some of the Museum's historic buildings decked out with traditional decorations

There will be a Winter artisan market, and the Museum's shop will be full of handmade products made by local crafts people - including jewellery, candles, preserves and gin - perfect for a bit of present shopping!

Many of our stall holders will only be accepting cash so please make sure you have some.

Costumed inhabitants will be bringing our historic buildings to life. There will be family activities including crafts and storytelling. Local choirs and musical groups will be performing to provide a joyous, festive atmosphere.
