Mayor's Christmas Card Competition

It's time for the annual Mayor's Christmas Card Competition.  Children aged 4-11 who live in Harpenden can submit their designs for a chance to feature on the Mayor's official card for 2020.  The theme this year is "Key Workers at Christmas".
