St Albans Minor Injuries Unit Temporarily Closed

The Minor Injuries Unit at St Albans Hospital has been temporarily closed until further notice, but at least until the end of April.

As numbers of people visiting had fallen to less than 10 people a day in recent weeks this will allow the hospital trust to redirect it's resources to treat the sickest patients.

Patients with minor injuries should contact NHS 111 online.
