Momentum Mentoring – Helping Children Find Their Spark

Momentum Mentoring provides personalised one-to-one mentoring for boys and young people who may be struggling with confidence, anxiety, friendships, motivation or school.

I support young people, including those with ADHD, autism and other additional needs, as well as those experiencing emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA) or finding everyday life challenging.

Through positive relationships, practical activities, sport and shared interests, I help young people build confidence, resilience, communication skills and independence in a supportive, relaxed environment.

Based locally in Harpenden, I offer mentoring across Harpenden, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead and Watford.
