Mum + Baby Yoga at The Little Gym Harpenden — a gentle postnatal yoga class that's genuinely for you, with your baby completely welcome and included in the practice.

A class for both of you — supporting your postnatal recovery while giving you space to pause, breathe, move gently and reconnect with yourself, alongside simple, playful ways to move and connect with your baby.

Tuesdays during term time, 11:30am–12:30pm

Suitable from around 8 weeks postpartum.

Classes include:

- Gentle postnatal yoga and movement
- Stretching for tired backs and shoulders
- Interactive Mum + Baby yoga
- Breathwork and relaxation
- Singing circle
- Tea or coffee and time to chat with other local mums
- Guided audio meditation to use at home
- Optional WhatsApp support + community group

Babies are actively included through gentle movement, interaction and the singing circle, while still being completely free to feed, sleep, cuddle, cry or need changing whenever they need to. We simply pause and work around them.

£15 single class or £60 for a 5-week term.
Advance booking required - minimum 1 before class starts.
