I am a traditional birth keeper, doula and yoga teacher and here to support mums and their partners at all stages - through pregnancy with simple 1:1's to answer questions or address fears to full physiological birth education and planning. Also throughout your labour and birth, and I offer post natal care to support mum to heal, with nourishment and optimal rest.
I also have packages to span all these things but each can be tailored to you and this individual pregnancy.

I am running a 6 week course starting October to move, connect with baby, learn positioning, comfort measures and how our brilliant female bodies work.
I am a home birthing mother myself and believe wholly in women's bodies and their capabilities to birth naturally. I am here to honour physiological birth and support free and home birthing mothers but support pregnancy and post natally to all.

Home birth is as safe as hospital birth for many healthy women and their babies but greatly improves outcomes and change of positive experiments while minimising risk of needing interventions such as pain medications, the use of instruments and c section. Just the act of planning a home birth greatly reduces chance of all of these.

It has never been a more important time to invest in your birth. Babies are born once and you and your baby deserve to be held, protected and honoured.
I am here to walk with you on this profound and sacred journey and believe every baby deserves a calm and positive entrance to the world.
