6WeekSocial postnatal sessions are for mums with babies 0-6months of age, offering friendship, community and fourth trimester support.

Over the course of 6 weekly sessions you will meet other local mums that have also just had a baby PLUS receive weekly support and advice from our team of amazing postnatal and women's health experts.

Each week one of our team of specialists host a 1 hour session sharing their knowledge, experience and advice on matters such as babies sleep patterns, pelvic floor health and recovery, postnatal nutrition, baby development, returning to exercise, childhood illnesses and more, as well as answering any of those niggling questions you may have as a new mum.
As a group, together we build confidence and friendships in a supportive and non-judgmental space, creating your own network of new mum friends that will last way past our final session together - This is what makes 6WeekSocial the 'must do course' for new mums'.
