Couch to 5k
This 10 week beginners course is ideal for those who are new to running with an emphasis on having fun, socialising and making steps to being more active. We aim to take you from beginner to being able to complete a 5 kilometre run at the end of the course.
Return to running 3-5k
A gentle session suitable for those returning to running . There will be looping and walking breaks if required.
Next Steps 5K to 10K
Suitable for runners who are able to complete 5K. Starting at 5k these sessions will gradually increase in distance throughout the weeks.
