FitSteps is a fun, energetic group exercise class, based on Ballroom and Latin dance steps eg: cha cha, jive, waltz, quick step, rumba, tango etc. It's an effective way to stay fit and keep trim that appeals to everyone, even if you can't dance; its achievable for everyone, no matter what age, gender or previous experience. Mon and fri 9.30am. £6 drop in. No need to book.
