I am opening a small Goddess Circle for pregnant women. A gentle space to slow down, connect with your body and your baby and spend some time being held by other women who are walking a similar path, as well as me - home birth mother of 3, doula, traditional birth keeper and yoga teacher.

Importantly, you'll learn about the physiology of labour. What actually happens in your body as birth begins, how your baby plays an active role in initiating labour, and there beautiful hormonal dance between mother and baby that helps birth unfold.

We'll explore how to protect and nurture the conditions that allow this physiological process to progress, including the importance of feeling safe, oxytocin, relaxation, movement, environment and feeling supported.

Because understanding why your body does what it does can change the way you approach birth: from fear and uncertainty towards knowledge, trust and confidence.

£150 for all 6 classes gives you

The circle will run for 6 weeks, with a small group of maximum 12 mothers so that there is plenty of space to connect and be heard.
