On Tuesday 18th August 2026 the Gardens, Park, Adventure Playground and Dinosaur Trail will open early from 8:30am offering a calmer, quieter environment for families with children and adults on the autistic spectrum, as well as those with learning disabilities or sensory and communication disorders.

This early opening provides the opportunity to explore our attractions at a relaxed pace, without the usual crowds. Visitors can enjoy:

- 28 acres of tranquil Formal Gardens

- The spacious Deer Park

- The Dinosaur Trail, featuring 72 life-sized prehistoric creatures

- The Adventure Playground

- Gift Shop and Garden Terrace Tea Room
