We are proud to offer a thriving, inclusive rugby environment for all ages, starting with our growing youth section:

🏉 Minis Rugby (Reception – Year 6)
Sundays – training or matches
A fun, safe and welcoming introduction to rugby where young players can learn the game, build confidence and make friends.

🏉 Junior Rugby (Year 7 – Year 10)
Wednesdays from 6:30pm
Plus matches or training on Sundays
A great opportunity for young players to develop their skills, teamwork and love for the game in a supportive setting.

💪 Dees Fit (Ladies Fitness)
Mondays at 7:30pm
A friendly and inclusive session focused on fitness, fun and building confidence – perfect for all abilities.

🏉 Senior Men's Rugby
Training: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:30pm
Matches: Saturdays
Competitive rugby in a welcoming, team-focused environment for players of all levels.
