CB SENDIASS (Special Educational Needs & Disability Information & Advice Support Service) provides information, advice and support for children & young people (0-25 years) & their parents & or carers who live in Central Bedfordshire, to help understand your rights & empower you to have your views & wishes heard.
We are a statutory service, provided by but working at arm's length from the Local Authority.
We provide a free, confidential support service for young people with SEND and their parents and carers.
✓ The law on Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Disability, Health and Social Care where they link to education.
✓ Local policy and practice.
✓ Mediation and dispute resolution, SEND Tribunal Service and complaints procedures.

We ask that our referral form is used for enquires.
In the first instance a Helpline call will be booked. Our Helpline runs term time only Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday's, between 9.15 -2.30pm.
These are 30-minute calls with pre-booked slots.
Please note that we cannot book Helpline calls for enquires regarding mediation and appeals.
