This Half Term spend some time in the company of our beautiful Owls

Spend some time in the company of our owls. Under the guidance of our falconers meet and handle many different species of owls including the Barn Owl, Eagle Owl, Scops Owl, Tawny Owl and more. A great opportunity to get photos and ask the falconer any questions you may have.

From here you will head out into the main arena where you will be given the opportunity to fly the owls, experience their silent flight as they glide into your gloved hand.; a truly memorable moment.

This activity lasts for approximately 90 minutes, suitable for children over the age of 5 years.

Join us for 45 minutes of Animal fun as expert keepers take you through a selection of animals from Meerkats, Snakes, Owls and other animals that come along.

Suggested age: 4 years up

Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Limited spaces.

Get the children out on to the farm this February Half Term and spend the day in the company of our animal keepers, birds & animals.

The day is packed full with interactive animal experiences, during the day children will have the opportunity to meet, handle and fly some of our beautiful owls, meet and feed many of our farm animals including our goats, donkeys, pigs, and alpacas. Meet all kinds of critters including reptiles, snakes & creepy crawlies. Pat a pet with our beautiful rabbits & guinea pigs, meet our skunk Penelope plus go on a walk with our cheeky goats.

Lunch is not included in the day so please ensure children bring a packed lunch, snacks and plenty of drinks. Please also ensure children are dressed suitable for the weather; warm outdoor clothing... Read more

Join us for a walk in the company of our wonderful alpacas

Alpacas are beautiful animals to be around, enjoy a leisurely walk around the farm this Summer. Under the instruction of our animal keepers, you will be introduced to our herd of alpacas including some of our babies. You will receive instructions on how to walk them before we head out across the surrounding fields of the farm. There will be plenty of time to take photos and ask the animal keeper any questions you may have. The walk lasts approximately 40 minutes, on return to the centre, you can then sit back and relax in the tea room where you will receive tea/coffee and a delicious array of cakes.
