Beginners to Yellow Belt 5.30 - 6.00pm

Green Belt to Purple & White 6.00 - 6.45pm

Brown Belt to Black Stripe 6.45 - 7.30pm

Shodan & Above 6.45 - 7.45pm

TMKA practice Kickboxing & self defense. The classes are a fun way to improve fitness, build confidence for all ages, enhance discipline & week on week develop a relative life skill.
