I run courses to learn about Mindfulness, as well as monthly group Meditation and Mindfulness sessions. I can also hold either of these one to one if that's what you prefer.

Engaging sessions for children to help them get to know themselves and their feelings, build their self esteem, be more present and accept change, all using mindful techniques. We use different themes, games and crafts to explore Mindful ideas.
