"Such a great class! Shona brings endless energy to every session, and her enthusiasm shines through from start to finish. She has such a warm and lovely personality that makes the class feel welcoming and keeps you wanting to come back regularly.
I love the idea of holding the class in a club. Having a sound engineer, a great PA system, and club-style lighting creates such an amazing atmosphere and makes the class feel truly immersive.
The class is a fantastic way to add something different to your workout routine. It helped me realise how much fun physical activity can be and has been a great way to get fitter and shape my body while genuinely enjoying the process. It's also a great opportunity to discover new music while getting completely absorbed in learning the moves and enjoying the energy of the session. It might even become your favourite day of the week!
