Navigating modern life can be overwhelming for young people. Watching them struggle with mental health problems on top of this, can be hard on the whole family, but they don't have to face it alone. As an independent business, I provide warm, dedicated 1-to-1 support and early interventions for children, teenagers, and young adults up to the age of 21.
I offer a safe, unique and confidential space rooted inYouth Work. Deep empathy and understanding, giving young people the compassionate support they truly need to learn, grow, and navigate their world. I also offer guidance and training for the parents, teachers, and frontline adults in their lives to ensure a fully joined-up network of care.
Believing that meaningful support should be accessible to all families, I operate a sliding/scaling payment structure tailored to your financial circumstances.
I run my sessions where the young person prefers, online, in a private space, or out in the community of Hitchin.
