Fife Bakery
A microbakery specialising in the use of UK grown stoneground wheat and the use of ingredients that are minimally processed and locally sourced wherever possible. Organic sourdough is available every Thursday and Friday from Webb's of Hitchin as well as a selection of pantry items throughout the week. Monthly pop ups are scheduled for the last Saturday of every month and offer a selection of cakes and other bakes featuring seasonal produce.
