mental health patients to transform their thinking and how they use language to coax their mind and motivation forwards... which promotes productivity and success.
I teach mindfulness and meditation to develop greater focus and settle the mind, this can help reduce unnecessary stress/anxiety... this keeps mental energy positive and productive.
I coach fitness training specifically designed for the individual's functional needs and fitness requirements. Fitness coaching is a union of mind and body so both must be connected for greater success.
