I'm Coral, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in Hitchin. I see clients in person in my therapy room at my home and also on zoom.

I am fully qualified, DBS checked and GDPR registered. I see clients from the age of 8.

I choose to become a hypnotherapist through personal experience of how fantastic hypnotherapy can be. I wanted to be able to help people make positive changes to take back control and enjoy life to the full. Seeing my clients feeling themselves again and achieving all they want is wonderful.

I can help with anxiety and stress, low mood and symptoms of depression, confidence and self esteem, phobias, fear and trauma, stopping smoking, sports performance, obsessive behaviours and habits, weight management, sleep problems and bereavement.
