Tue 10th November 2026
7-9pm
Come meet Robin Ince at @nextpagebooksuk.
🗓️ Tuesday 10th November 7.30-9pm
Robin Ince is an English comedian, actor, writer, broadcaster, and populariser of scientific ideas.
Known for co-founding and co-hosting BBC Radio 4's award-winning The Infinite Monkey Cage with Brian Cox, before resigning in 2025 over political rather than scientific differences.
He is also recently diagnosed with ADHD and in his recent book 'Normally Weird and Weirdly Normal', Robin uses his own life to explore the neurodivergent experience and to ask what the point of 'being normal' really is.
Packed with personal insights, intimate anecdotes and interviews with psychologists, neuroscientists and many neurodivergent people he has met along the way, this is a quirky and witty dive into the world of human behaviour.
Robin's talks are brilliantly informative, often hilarious and sprinkled with poignancy. We've wanted him to visit the shop for so long and are super excited for this one.
Please share with your contacts - it will be a 12+ event, not aimed at kids but lots of teens enjoy hearing Robin speak (must be accompanied if under 18)
Tickets are £5 - redeemable against a purchase of any of Robin's books on the night. If finances are holding you back, drop us email as we can usually help via our 'pay it forward' board.
