Oughton Primary and Nursery School is a community school, taking pupils from 3 - 11 years old. The school is situated in the Westmill area of Hitchin in Hertfordshire, and was formed in 2001, when the former Oughtonhead Junior, Infants and Nursery Schools were amalgamated.

Preston Nursery School is a private Nursery School with approximately 30 children on roll.

We are registered for 22 children at each session, and are open Monday-Thursdays.
The Nursery has outside grounds consisting of a garden at the rear for planting, nature interests and a grass play area.

We are a well established term time Pre-School and Nursery based in the heart of Hitchin. We take children from the age of 2½ to when they start school.
