MindFit for All is a not-for-profit organisation, that supports children, young people and adults with their mental health, using physical activity as a vehicle. Term time, we are used as an intervention service in many schools, to help develop and support vulnerable students. In school holidays, we run an activity club, that is open to all school age children.

We offer dance classes for children aged 3+ in Disco/Street, Ballet, Tap, Performing Arts and Acro/Cheerleading, plus we have toddler classes for walkers to age 3. We encourage children to have fun and make friends whilst learning to dance in a safe and friendly environment. We hold regular watching weeks for parents, plus performances in shows, fetes, exams and medal awards.
