On 6th Feb, we'll be running a small outdoor children's class at Jordan's Mill with our Little Crafty Nature Club

Does your child love being outdoors and find it hard to sit still in more structured classes?
This is a calm, free-flowing session for children who enjoy fresh air and unhurried play. Little ones can explore at their own pace, dipping in and out of activities as they choose.

There'll be natural sensory trays to discover, a chance to paint, a simple nature craft to take home, and a gentle scavenger hunt using binoculars to look a little closer at the world around us.
We'll finish together with a quiet story time.

Spring is approaching and birds will soon be looking to build their nest. In this workshop each participant will learn how to make a wooden nestbox, suitable for either Blue Tits, Great Tits or Robins, the choice is up to you.

Guided step-by-step by Steve, who has years of experience making bird boxes, you'll learn simple woodwork methods and skills in a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere. Perfect for beginners and experienced makers alike.
