Welwyn Wheelers cycling club and This Girl Can, the nationwide campaign to get women and girls moving, regardless of shape, size and ability, is providing a free cycling skills and confidence session for girls aged 14+.

Bring your bike and join us for this special session where we will ride, practice skills and grow confidence on our traffic-free track at Gosling Velodrome in Welwyn Garden City.

The session will be run by our fully trained British Cycling Coaches.

You will need your own bike, any type will do! You will need to be able to ride at least 100 metres unaided.

Helmets are essential, and we strongly encourage mitts or gloves.

Enthusiasm, smiles and energy are also most welcome. We specialise in helping people who have little confidence on a bike in our safe and inclusive environment, and also offer specialised coaching for those who wish to take up cycling as a hobby or competitively.
