Join us at Tewinbury for a relaxed, hands-on baking session with Chef Charlie, designed for kids and parents to take part together. Set against the backdrop of the farm, this is about getting stuck in, learning a few proper techniques and leaving with something you'll actually want to make again at home.

The focus is on the classics done well. Buttery shortbread, golden flapjacks, simple tray bakes that rely on good ingredients and getting the basics right. Charlie will guide you through the key steps, from mixing and baking to understanding texture and timing, with plenty of time to get involved along the way.

Expect flour on the table, warm trays out of the oven and a few tastes as you go. It's informal, easy to follow and built around proper, straightforward baking.

You'll head home with your bakes, a few new skills and recipes that quickly become part of your kitchen routine.

A good way to spend a few hours together, and a chance to slow things down a bit.
