Relax With Bump (Pregnancy Relaxation)
It's only natural for Mums to have a lot on their minds during pregnancy. Coping with symptoms, changing lifestyle and managing everyday life can sometimes be overwhelming. Looking after Mum's mental health in pregnancy is just as important as their physical health.
Our classes are designed to help expectant mums relax, unwind and form supportive friendships. We get to know one another over a different pregnancy/Baby related chat each week with a drink and nibbles to hand, we then end each session with a guided meditation where we focus on different relaxation techniques to provide you with the tools needed to aid stress relief and calm In preparation for and during labour.
You can also expect guest visits each week from local pregnancy&baby related companies which will include a pregnancy pilates taster session, hypnobirthing taster session, and a photographer to capture a beautiful shot of mum and bump to cherish forever.
